"Found at" is the low of the minute in which we found the stock. "Peaked" is the highest price we recorded after the alert that day, sampled every 15 seconds; it is a price move, not the result of any trade. Across those same 360 alerts, the median alert peaked 19.2% above its found-at price, and the median low that same day was 20.9% below it. 41.9% peaked more than 25% above.
