How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PREZLO, then Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play, go to Subscriptions, select PREZLO, then tap Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged after canceling.

All billing is managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple. On Android, request a refund through Google Play.

I'm not receiving alerts.

Make sure notifications are enabled for PREZLO in your phone's Settings under Notifications. If the problem continues, contact us at support@getprezlo.com.

What is PREZLO on my bank statement?

This is a charge for your PREZLO subscription, billed through Apple or Google. PREZLO provides real-time stock market alerts. If you don't recognize this charge, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or your Google Play order history.
